- Acting in civil and business litigations, with a focus on contract disputes, bidding, business, banking / finance, civil liability (both contractual and non-contractual).
- Assistance with actions and preparation of defenses in various civil and business actions.
- Sponsorship of actions in the original jurisdictions and tribunals (state, regional and federal), in addition to STF (Superior Tribunals), constitutional claims and complaints, security mandates, severance payments.
- Interposition of various resources, in addition to appeals to STF (Superior Tribunals) and STJ.
- Defenses in collective / class actions, including civil public actions and administrative actions.
- Forming and conducting verbal arguments / support.
- Due diligence of potential business partners in the determination of company litigation status.
- Claims watch.
